When a group reaches 8 students: registration closes automatically and the status changes to Fully booked. When both groups are full, the website will display a January Guided Groups fully booked update with a waiting-list option.

Beyond Online does not have the same live capacity limit. The first four-week course block is available at launch, then a new four-week block releases each month with the active subscription.
